o   Our success is contingent on our many volunteers

o   Volunteers are required for the following events and tasks:

§  Victoria Tea - May

• Put up & tear down tables

• Set up Tables (Linens, China, Decor, etc.)

• Arrange Silent Auction Tables

• Deliver Food Items to tables

• Assist with meet & greet of attendee’s

§  Golf  Tournament - August

• Assist at Registration Desk

• Set up Silent Auction Tables

• Assist with Photo Opportunities on designated holes

§  Pack packs & Food Hampers (October - December)

·        Unpacking Deliveries: Aug – Dec  (Varied)

·        Preparing Tags by age group & gender for backpacks

·        Wrapping Gifts: Nov/Dec 

·        Packing Backpacks:

o   November   & December

o   Sorting backpacks by age and gender

§  Pulling backpacks for organizations: Saturday, November 30th

§  Turkey Hampers & Backpacks Delivery: Saturday, December 14th

·        Folding Festive Hamper Boxes

·        Putting dry goods into Boxes

·        Putting Fresh Products into Bag

§  Match up Dry Goods, Turkey, Fresh Products bag and Backpacks to driver

§  Driver’s   (Saturday Dec 14)

·        (Early, Mid & Late shifts)

·        5 Families per driver

·        Turkey/Halal, Dry Goods Box, Fresh Products Bag & matched up Back packs
